​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​On August 9, 2024, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as the Receiver, without security, of certain assets of G3 Genuine Guide Gear Inc. (the "Debtor"). ​

On January 12, 2026, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. filed its discharge certificate.
